This hearty shake has the great tang of cheesecake combined with the sweetness of vanilla and blueberries. It’s so rich and creamy that 1/4 portion could be served as an excellent dessert pudding.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened
  • ¾ cup whole-milk Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 2 tbsp whole-milk cottage cheese
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup ice, optional for a thicker shake

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, then blend until smooth.
