Ingredients
  

Dairy Version

  • 2 small tangerines or 1 ½ small oranges, peeled and seed removed
  • 1 serving protein powder (unsweetened, unflavored Whey, Collagen, or Vegan protein)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp raw cashew pieces (or 1 tbsp chia seeds)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of tangerine or orange zest, optional
  • drop of food grade orange essential oil, optional

Dairy-Free (Vegan) Version

  • 2 small tangerines or 1 ½ small oranges, peeled and seed removed
  • 1 serving protein powder (unflavored, unsweetened)
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • ¼ cup raw cashew pieces (or 3 tbsp chia seeds)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp oil (I use XCT or MCT or coconut oil)
  • pinch of tangerine or orange zest, optional
  • drop of food grade orange essential oil, optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • For Dairy Version: For a less thick version, add the heavy cream at the end after all of the ingredients are well blended.
