serving protein powder (unsweetened, unflavored Whey, Collagen, or Vegan protein)

whole milk

raw cashew pieces (or 1 tbsp chia seeds)

vanilla extract
pinch of tangerine or orange zest, optional
drop of food grade orange essential oil, optional
Dairy-Free (Vegan) Version

small tangerines or 1 ½ small oranges, peeled and seed removed

serving protein powder (unflavored, unsweetened)

unsweetened soy milk

raw cashew pieces (or 3 tbsp chia seeds)

vanilla extract

oil (I use XCT or MCT or coconut oil)
pinch of tangerine or orange zest, optional
drop of food grade orange essential oil, optional
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
For Dairy Version: For a less thick version, add the heavy cream at the end after all of the ingredients are well blended.
