Homemade Fruit Gummies!

Chef Kenzie shares her recipe for homemade fruit gummies!

- 1 cup frozen berries
- ΒΌ cup water
- 2 packets gelatin (Chef Kenzie uses Knox gelatin packets - about 2 tablespoons of gelatin)
Pour frozen berries and water into a small saucepot over high heat. Bring to a boil. Once the berries are softened, blend until smooth.
Add gelatin to the fruit and water blend while continuously whisking. Whisk until gelatin is fully incorporated into the fruit and water blend.
OPTIONAL: Add a small amount of maple syrup or honey, if desired.
Pour the fruit and gelatin mix into small silicon molds. Be sure the molds are greased with a bit of oil (I recommend using avocado or coconut oil).
Store in fridge until the gummies are set. Then, transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for about 1 week.
