Servings 24 gummies

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • ΒΌ cup water
  • 2 packets gelatin (Chef Kenzie uses Knox gelatin packets - about 2 tablespoons of gelatin)

  • Pour frozen berries and water into a small saucepot over high heat. Bring to a boil. Once the berries are softened, blend until smooth.
  • Add gelatin to the fruit and water blend while continuously whisking. Whisk until gelatin is fully incorporated into the fruit and water blend.
  • OPTIONAL: Add a small amount of maple syrup or honey, if desired.
  • Pour the fruit and gelatin mix into small silicon molds. Be sure the molds are greased with a bit of oil (I recommend using avocado or coconut oil).
  • Store in fridge until the gummies are set. Then, transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for about 1 week.
