David S. Ludwig, MD, PhD, is an endocrinologist and researcher at Boston Children’s Hospital, Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, and Professor of Nutrition at Harvard School of Public Health. Described as an “obesity warrior” by Time magazine, Dr. Ludwig has been featured in the New York Times and on NPR, ABC, NBC, CBS, and CNN, among others.
Chef Dawn Ludwig has devoted her career to helping people discover the fun, beauty, and delicious taste of natural foods. For 15 years, she owned and directed The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas, recognized as one of the top “Cutting Edge Cuisine” cooking schools in the United States. Dawn has written on the subjects of nutrition and health for a variety of publications, including Whole Health Magazine, Natural Home, Austin Monthly, Austin Fit, and others. She has now teamed up with her husband, Dr. David Ludwig to bring you the chef quality recipes in the Bestselling book Always Hungry? and the companion cookbook Always Delicious.
Kenzie Osborne is a recipe developer, chef, and AH coach who has devoted her time to helping others build a positive relationship with food. Since graduating culinary school, she has interviewed chefs from over 20 countries, developed recipes for olympic athletes, and helped develop recipes for nation-wide cookbooks. This learning has led to deep knowledge of flavorful food and why food has such a profound influence on our mind, spirit, and body. With her knowledge of international cuisines and appreciation for food, Kenzie has the ability to create innovative recipe that are suitable for various dietary needs and preferences.
