This group is designed for those who already have an understanding of the AH Protocols and would like support for staying on track through Life’s ups and downs. Discussions will encompass all 5 Core Pillars of AH Living–Stress Relief, Sound Sleep, Smart Eating, Joyful Movement, and connection to your Big Why.
Each monthly session will begin with guided meditation and sampling of a stress management technique. Bring your questions, share your challenges, and build your skills for embracing your best self.
