Kenzie Osborne is our Lead Always Hungry? Coach and Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner based in Toronto, Canada. She graduated top of her class from the Culinary Nutrition Management program at George Brown College before joining the AH team and continuing her certifications to become a Natural Nutrition Clinical practitioner and HCA-Registered Health Coach. Since 2018, Kenzie has been actively involved with the Ludwigs – coaching 100+ AH clients from over 7 countries. Kenzie has also developed numerous new recipes, meal plans, and resources for our community.
Kenzie’s personal experience with AH was inspiring and transformative. The AH program allowed her to re-establish a healthy relationship with food, strengthen her body, and improve her high-performance athletic abilities. Her increased energy levels, decreased stress, mood improvements, and overall increased mental and physical health inspired her to share this program with others.
Kenzie is eager to help others transform their relationship with food, nourish their bodies with delicious meals, and find a way of eating that is supportive of health goals and lifestyle needs. She preaches balance and firmly believes there is no “one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Whether you feel best in Phase 1 or Phase 3 – Kenzie will guide you towards your “food fit” so you feel confident, energized, and nourished in your body.
Carlisle Douglas, MA, CHHC, CMT is passionate about the power of nutrition to build healthy lives and communities. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Since 2016, Carlisle has mentored countless individuals in adopting the Always Hungry Solution and tailoring the program to work for their unique needs.
Carlisle maintains an active lifestyle with an accompanying voracious appetite. Before the Always Hungry Solution, she would try to fill her hungry belly with a huge bowl of lentil soup, not realizing that the resulting stupor was due to an overdose of “healthy“ carbs. Now with knowledge and habits to balance protein, fat and carbs at every meal, she enjoys vibrant energy all day long. Carlisle uses the framework of AH to put together simple meals with minimal time spent cooking so there’s time to get out and Seize the Day.
Carlisle has taught courses in sociology, women’s studies, leadership, life-skills and massage therapy over the last 30 years. She maintains a private practice in health coaching and teaches community education classes. She believes that when each person learns how to feel their very best each day, the world becomes a better place.
Michael Denton became an AH Health Coach because of the overwhelmingly positive impact that AH has had on his life over the past 2 years. He has been on the Ludwig team as a Facebook Group Moderator for one year, and is excited to now be coaching clients to achieve their health and wellness goals. Although he managed to lose 90 pounds through eating well and joyful movement, he believes the weight loss to just be the healthy side effect of the AH program. The numerous other benefits that AH confers are much more rewarding. In fact, he prefers to emphasize better measurements of improving health and fat loss, such as inches lost, how clothing fits, improved mood, overall mental and physical energy, how he feels in his own body, and various health measurements.
AH eating restored Michael’s health in many ways. The program helped him learn what foods nourish him and how to listen to what his body needs. He hopes to get his clients started on this path too.
Michael lives in Florida with his partner, Peter, where he is a professor teaching about higher education environments and college student development. He is a first-degree black belt in Judo and fifth-degree black belt in Aikido. His current physical exercise focus is on weightlifting and building muscle. He is a voracious reader, and loves learning. He collects designer art toys and Godzilla merchandise, as well as enjoys listening to podcasts and watching movies.
