Up Close, Unscripted: In Conversation with Dr. David Ludwig and Chef Dawn
This seminar will dive into the realities of meal-planning, diets, cooking, and nutritional science. David S. Ludwig, MD, Ph.D. a highlight of our Ambition Nutrition Symposium in 2016, is returning to George Brown College with his partner Chef Dawn Ludwig. With moderator Alison Fryer, they’ll discuss the science of weight gain as explored in his book, Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells, and Lose Weight Permanently. This revolutionary book, featuring recipes by Chef Ludwig, rewrites the rules on diet, weight loss, and health. Join Dr. Ludwig Thursday at 2:30pm (EST), for a Facebook Live interview with Gary Taubes, author of the new book, The Case Against Sugar.
