This seminar will dive into the realities of meal-planning, diets, cooking, and nutritional science. David S. Ludwig, MD, Ph.D. a highlight of our Ambition Nutrition Symposium in 2016, is returning to George Brown College with his partner Chef Dawn Ludwig. With moderator Alison Fryer, they’ll discuss the science of weight gain as explored in his book, Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells, and Lose Weight Permanently. This revolutionary book, featuring recipes by Chef Ludwig, rewrites the rules on diet, weight loss, and health. Afterwards, there will be a short reception and a chance to meet and mingle with the author.
