Cook and Learn from Always Hungry?

With Dr. David Ludwig and Chef Dawn Ludwig

November 12, 19, and 26.

Join us for a special three-session workshop on healthy cooking and nutrition with Dr. David Ludwig, MD, PhD, practicing endocrinologist and researcher at Boston Children’s Hospital, Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, and Professor of Nutrition at Harvard School of Public Health. A featured speaker at our Ambition Nutrition symposium this past May, he’s returning to our campus by popular demand! Dr. Ludwig and Chef Dawn Ludwig, co-creators of the New York Times bestseller Always Hungry?: Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells, and Lose Weight Permanently, are bringing their book to our kitchens November 12, 19, and 26.

In this unique workshop series, students will prepare recipes and explore the science of Always Hungry? over three consecutive Saturdays. The first class will be led by Dr. Ludwig and Chef Ludwig. You’ll learn the core concepts of Always Hungry? and practice meal planning as outlined in your own copy of this revolutionary book — included when you register for the workshop series. The following two Saturdays will continue the exploration of their culinary strategies while working with our chef instructor Ema Costantini.

Don’t miss the chance to learn from Dr. Ludwig’s cutting-edge research and Dawn Ludwig’s experience creating healthy recipes — spaces are very limited! Registration for this three-day educational and cooking workshop series is available online for $395.
