I love this program – it makes sense to me, it makes sense to my body.

“Having lost 93 pounds and gained back all but 13, then having read a WebMD article that said the best fat people can hope for is to avoid gaining, I was extremely discouraged in January 2016. Then I read about Always Hungry? on Michael Pollan’s Facebook page, then heard the interview with Dr. Ludwig on PBS’s Science Friday. These were people I respected talking about the science behind this new program. I ordered the book the day it was available.
When I read it, I finally understood why I could lose weight so easily and then fail to keep it off. I love this program – it makes sense to me, it makes sense to my body. I no longer worry about how I will eat “after the diet.” I listen to my body, to know how much to eat and what to eat. It will tell me when I reach my goal.
I’m back into my running program, with a 25-pound weight loss so far after 30 weeks. I’m also doing strength training and power yoga both once per week. I have energy and stamina and I believe that I’ll achieve my ultimate goal – I want to be living when I die! Not dying by degrees as I age (I’m 54 in August 2016). I recommend this book to everyone – often just by the results they are seeing in me.”
