Quick and Easy Sheet Pan Chicken
Some days, we just don’t have the time to prepare a fancy multi-component meal for the family. This can lead us to reach for highly processed “convenience” foods to feed our family and attempt to curb hunger. Unfortunately, these processed “convenience” foods often lack the nutrients we need to thrive. The good news? There are PLENTY of quick and easy recipe solutions that can be prepared in a flash. One-pan meals like this Sheet Pan Chicken are one of our favorite quick-and-easy dinner solutions.
This is Mustard Chicken is a classic sheet pan chicken dinner. The beauty of this type of meal is that it only takes 5 minutes to whip together, and requires just one dish to clean at the end (minimal clean up necessary!). Be creative by using your favorite spice mixes, the vegetables you have on hand, and even a different protein like beef, or lamb or even tofu. Simply toss everything together and let the flavors cook in the oven while you spend time doing the activities you LOVE. If you plan ahead, you can even marinate the protein overnight in the spices or in one of our AH 5-Minute Sauces.
