Boosting Flavor with Citrus Zest

The zest contains plenty of essential oils which create incredible aromas when baked in doughs or mixed into fresh dips. Using just a little bit of zest can go a long way in enhancing the overall flavor profile of your meals – all while making your kitchen smell absolutely amazing!
